Product Features
Frozen avocado pulp is prepared from sound, properly ripened fruit which has been sorted, washed, peeled, de-stoned and pulped. The appropriate additives are added during processing. The product is then filled into bags  and blast frozen.

Avocado (97%), Xanthan Gum, Citric Acid, Ascorbic Acid.
